Circuit Training Class

These small, hour-long classes are designed to provide a challenging but safe workout for all fitness levels: A great way to improve strength, flexibility and overall fitness! Classes are offered five days a week at the following times:

1:00-2:00 pm, Monday-Friday
5:30-6:30 pm, Monday-Thursday

Drop-ins are welcome

The class focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning with a strong emphasis on your core. Class sizes are small (typically 5-10 people) consisting of a mix of general public, patients and ex-patients. Instructors are physical therapy staff members. The small class size insures lots of individual attention. The clinical expertise of our instructors gives us a unique ability to cope with any physical limitations caused by old injuries or chronic conditions.

Personal Training

Certified trainers or licensed physical therapists provide safe and effective personal training customized to your particular needs. Sessions are from 30 minutes to 60 minutes in length. The clinical experience and expertise of our instructors sets us apart from other personal training services. Rates and availability vary. Please contact us for additional information.

Gym Use

You can sign-up for unlimited use of our gym, including use of our full-service men's and women's locker rooms (showers, towel service and restrooms). Please contact us for rates and availability.
